We offer a variety of luxury photography services through our booking packages, designed to provide a seamless, high-end portrait experience for weddings, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, and private events. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.

2. SERVICES

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up to date.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our booking agreement or proposal. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or booking confirmation. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in your agreement.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All materials created by Luxe Portraiture LV, including but not limited to photography, graphics, designs, and edited content, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use as specified in our agreement. Clients warrant that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, client images, event details, pricing, and internal documentation.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Luxe Portraiture LV will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Portraiture LV harmless from all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Our website or communications may include links to third-party websites or services. Luxe Portraiture LV is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services and does not endorse them.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy it within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. TERMINATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Las Vegas, NV.
